We use Australia Post eParcel Service, Startrack Express and Fastway. If we receive your order before 3pm Monday - Friday AEST, and your item is in stock, your order will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day. 

STAR TRACK EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer Startrack premium Shipping for $19.95. Just select Express Shipping in the shopping cart when you place your order. No signature required for delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a convenient Click & Collect service here at Workwearhub. Place your order online and we will aim to have it ready for collection within 2 hours*. Please wait for your confirmation email before heading in to pick your order up. For more information please click here.

ORDER TRACKING 

You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Startrack, Fastway or Australia Post Couriers. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE 

All orders shipped from Workwearhub do not require a signature. 

ITEMS ON ORDER

If you have purchased an item that needs to be ordered in from the Supplier, it will be shipped within the time frame quoted on the product page.

If you order also contains items that are in stock, please note that your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you would like them shipped separately, please get into contact with us.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the WorkwearHub warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 1300 488 573 or email service@workwearhub.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?

In the event of an order going missing or lack of fulfilment after it has left the WorkwearHub warehouse, the liability for this order belongs to the customer. If you have ordered from WorkwearHub and have not received your shipment, please reach out to the carrier service with your tracking number within 5 days after the estimated date of arrival.
