What is Refundid

Refundid provides WorkwearHub customers with an instant refund for their online returns. No more waiting for your order to be shipped back and checked, with Refundid you receive your refund in under 30 seconds.

How It Works

• The $9.95 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, have all tags attached, and not be a final sale item.
• You can choose:
  • Instant Refund (via Refundid – AU customers only)
  • Standard Refund (processed after item is received)
  • Instant Exchange (via Refundid – AU customers only)
  • Standard Exchange (processed after item is received)

• Enter your Order Number and Email Address into our returns portal here,
• Select your items and return method (Instant or Standard)
• Send items back within 7 days using the return label provided
• Keep your tracking number as proof of return
• Please use a post bag – do not attach return labels directly to product boxes or bags.

1. Lodge your return request through Refundid.
2. Once approved, your refund is paid directly into your nominated bank account.
3. You then have 7 days to send your items back using the Australia Post label provided in your WorkwearHub order, or by purchasing a pick-up or drop-off label through Refundid.
4. Provide Refundid with your tracking number via your Refundid account.

3. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
