Return & Exchange Basics

  • Returns and exchanges are easy – return or exchange your items within 60 days of purchase.
  • The $9.95 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, have all tags attached, and not be a final sale item.
  • You can choose:
    • Instant Refund (via Refundid – AU customers only)
    • Standard Refund (processed after item is received)
    • Instant Exchange (via Refundid – AU customers only)
    • Standard Exchange (processed after item is received)

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Enter your Order Number and Email Address into our returns portal here, 
  • Select your items and return method (Instant or Standard)
  • Send items back within 7 days using the return label provided
  • Keep your tracking number as proof of return
  • Please use a post bag – do not attach return labels directly to product boxes or bags.

Instant Refund (AU Only)

  • Receive your refund before sending your items back.
  • $9.95 return shipping label fee applies.
  • Items must be sent within 7 days of submitting your request.
  • Refunds issued to original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Start your exchange here 

Standard Refund

  • Refunds processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • $9.95 return shipping label fee will be deducted.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders purchased with a promo code or voucher may be refunded as store credit.
  • Free gifts must be returned or their value may be deducted from your refund.

Instant Exchange

  • A new order will be created immediately to secure your replacement item(s).
  • Return your original item within 7 days using the prepaid label.
  • Return processing takes up to 5 business days.
  • $9.95 exchange fee applies.
  • Exchange for same item in a different size or shop for something else.
  • If the new order total is higher, pay the difference; if lower, you'll be refunded the difference.

Standard Exchange

  • Processed after we receive your return (7–10 business days).
  • Return your item within 7 days using the prepaid label.
  • $9.95 exchange fee applies – pay when selecting your replacement item(s).
  • You may exchange for a different item or size.
  • Differences in value will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Returning In Store

You’re welcome to visit our Burleigh Heads retail store for returns and exchanges:

  • Return your online order for a full refund.
  • Initiate a warranty claim for faulty items (assessment may be required).
  • Exchange items (if not available in store, we’ll process and ship or prepare for Click & Collect).

Please ensure:

  • Items are unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • You bring proof of purchase (order number or confirmation).

Items That Can’t Be Returned

  • Final Sale items
  • Underwear
  • Customised uniform orders
  • Gift cards & e-gift cards
  • Used, damaged or unfit-for-resale items

Other Notes

  • Drop ship items must be returned at your cost, based on supplier policy.
  • Shoes/boxed items must be returned in original boxes placed inside postage bags.

Faulty Products & Warranty Claims

We inspect all items before dispatch. If you believe an item is faulty:

How to Lodge a Fault Claim

  • Email service@workwearhub.com.au
  • Include your order number, proof of purchase, photos/video of the fault, and a brief description. Find the image details to to include in your email for warranty claims here.

Warranty Process

  • Suppliers may require assessment before approving a claim.
  • Assessment may take longer than 7–10 business days.
  • Final decisions rest with the supplier.

Returns & Evidence Requirements

  • We may ask for:
    • Return of the faulty item for inspection
    • OR photographic destruction evidence
  • Hold onto items until we confirm if return is needed.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Confirmed faulty items are eligible for replacement, repair or refund (excluding shipping).
  • For discontinued items, a refund or store credit may be offered.
  • Misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect care is not covered.
  • Claims must be lodged within 6 months of purchase.

Returns for New Zealand Customers

We accept NZ returns with a flat $9.95 AUD fee (deducted from refund). Please:

  • Ensure items are unused, tagged, and in original packaging.
  • Email returns@workwearhub.com.au or call 1300 488 573.
  • We’ll send your return label – print at home or NZ Post can print it.
  • Wrap your item and affix the label properly.
  • Drop it off at any NZ Post location.
  • Refunds/exchanges processed within 10 business days after receipt in Australia.
