Your items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging. It is FREE to return your order to us, but your original shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note only one free return per order.

 

FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

GREAT NEWS! WorkwearHub now offers Refundid for all your return options. You can receive an instant refund, Standard Refund, or Exchange. 
Please follow the steps below
  1. Please enter your Order number and email address used in your order to start your returns process below.
  2. Select the items you want to return. 
  3. Here is where you will choose if you want an Instant refund, a Standard Refund (refund processed back to the original method of payment once the item is received back to WorkwearHub), or an exchange. If you choose exchange, WorkwearHub will contact you via email to discuss the exchange order. 
  4. Ship your items back to WorkwearHub within the next 3 days, using the Australia Post returns label provided by Refundid. Attach the label to the outside of the original post bag and take it to the post office. Note: Please do not stick the label directly on boot box or clothing bags. Items must be placed in a post bag. 
  5. Keep your receipt with your returns tracking number on it, as you will need to enter the tracking number in your Refundid Account.

    FOR NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

    1. Ensure your items are in their original condition with tags still attached and in original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.
    2. Contact us by email or phone first and we will lodge your return request and create an International Returns Label for you. Email returns@workwearhub.com.au or call 1300 488 573.
    3. You can print this label yourself or take it to NZ Post who will print the label for you from your mobile phone.
    4. Re-wrap the item to be returned so that it is in the same condition as you received it and place it back in the original post bag.
    5. Place the International Returns Label to the outside of the parcel, making sure to cover the original address label to avoid confusion. Note: Please do not stick the label directly on boot box or clothing bags.  Items must be placed in a post bag.

    Our returns and exchange process for our New Zealand customers may take a little longer due to the item needing to be shipped back to our warehouse in Australia. When the item is received back, it will be inspected by our returns team. Once it has been approved, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 10 business days of receiving the item

    FINAL SALE ITEMS & UNDERWEAR

    Please note any items marked as FINAL SALE on our website or Underwear are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. 

    WorkwearHub does not sell used products. Your item must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

    The shipping cost of your order will not be refunded.

     

    DROP SHIP ITEMS

    If you wish to return an item that is marked as Dropship (Shipped from supplier) on the grounds of change of mind, the shipping cost does not fall under our free returns policy. The returns shipping fee will be at your cost.

     

    GIFT CARDS

    Please note that gift cards and e-gift cards purchased from us cannot be redeemed for cash or returned. If you have a problem with your gift card please contact our customer service team on 1300 488 573.

     

    ORIGINAL CONDITION

    Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. These boxes are considered part of the product. If your item shows any evidence of wear (including, but is not limited to, deodorant, cologne or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Please try on shoes or boots on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return.

    How do I send my order back?

    WorkwearHub includes with your order an Australia Post returns label to send your order back. Alternatively, Refundid offers the option to purchase a pick-up, or drop-off return shipping label.

    What do I do after receiving my refund from Refundid?

    After using Refundid your refund process is complete. If you have not shipped back your items, you must do so by sending them to the address specified above within 3 days.

     

    REFUNDS

    If you choose not to use Refundid, we will refund your purchase within 7-10 days of receiving the item.  Your refund will be issued through the same payment method used to make the original purchase, excluding the original shipping cost. If the product was ordered with a promotional voucher or coupon, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order (excluding the shipping cost). We also reserve the right to request the return of any free gift that may have been included with the original purchase or deduct the value of the gift from your refund.

     

    EXCHANGES

    If you would like to exchange your goods, we recommend placing a new order on our website for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid exchange items selling out.

     

    FAULTY PRODUCTS

    Our Quality Control team ensures that all products are of high quality when they leave the warehouse.  In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please contact us by email service@workwearhub.com.au and provide your proof of purchase so we can issue you with the information required for your claim to be assessed. We will consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. WorkwearHub suppliers offer a 6-month manufacturer faults/warranty. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a replacement or full refund (excluding the shipping cost) this will be at the supplier's discretion. This may take longer than 7-10 days as a third party may be involved in the assessment process.

    Some suppliers do require the faulty item to be returned for assessment, you will be advised if this is required in your correspondence. Please hold on to any faulty items as you may be required to supply photos of the faulty item destroyed to finalise your warranty claim.
