What is click and collect?

Click & Collect is a easy way to shop online and collect your order from our Burleigh Heads retail store.

How do I use WorkwearHub Click and Collect?

If you are within the region of our Burleigh Heads store for click and collect at the shipping stage of check out when placing your order you will have the option to select click and collect.
Select click and collect as your preferred shipping option
Complete your order and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection during our retail store trading hours.

As soon as your order is ready for collection we will contact you via email.

How long will my order take to be ready to collect?

Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be ready for collection by 10am the following business day. Please note orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be available for pick up until the following Monday after 10am.

Once your order has been placed please wait to hear from us before coming to collect your order. We aim to have orders ready for collection within 2 Hours* of when your order was placed. Once your order is packed you will receive an email advising your order is awaiting collection.

Click & Collect orders are available to be picked up from our retail store at 1 Davo Court, Burleigh Heads Queensland.
