WorkwearHub X Volcom Workwear Red Bull Aerobatic Experience Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Promotion:

  1. The WorkwearHub X Volcom Workwear  Red Bull Aerobatic Experience Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") offers participants the opportunity to win a Red Bull Aerobatic Experience by purchasing a Volcom Workwear  Tradie Pack at WorkwearHub.

Promotional Period:

  1. The Promotion will commence on the 15th of April 2024, and conclude on the 21st July 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotional Period").

Prize:

  1. The prize includes an exhilarating two-seater aerobatic experience with the reigning Red Bull Air Race World Champion, Matt Hall. The experience consists of aerobatic flights for two people and is based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
  2. The following restrictions apply to the prize: participants must be a minimum of 16 years old, have a maximum weight of 120kg, and be under 200 cm in height.
  3. The scheduled experience for the winners will take place at the end of 2024 (exact date to be confirmed with winner).
  4. Appropriate travel expenses will be covered for the winner and their chosen companion.
  5. The following are not included as part of the prize (unless where
    stated): all other out of pocket expenses including meals, beverages, laundry services, spending money, transfers, transportation in destination, additional accommodation due to flight schedules, optional excursions, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided. The costs of obtaining any of these requirements are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. Any additional taxes payable, airline and government charges are the responsibility of the prize winner. Airline seats are subject to availability & change. 
  6. The promoter does not provide travel insurance for the winners and is not liable for any injury, or property loss or damage during the travel period. 
  7. The promoter recommends the winner purchase travel insurance.

How to Enter:

  1. To enter the Promotion, participants must complete a purchase of a Volcom Workwear  Tradie Pack from WorkwearHub during the Promotional Period.
  2. Participants can enter the Promotion by placing an order online or making a purchase in-store of a Volcom Workwear  Tradie Pack from WorkwearHub, which will grant them one entry into the draw.

Winner Selection:

  1. The winner of the giveaway will be notified via email within two business days after the closure date of the Promotion.
  2. The winner of the prize draw will be notified via email and/or mobile within two business days after the closure date of the promotional period. The winner will have until (12pm 30th July 2024) to notify Workwearhub of acceptance of prize or a redraw will take place.
  3. A second draw for the prize, if unclaimed, will take place on (1st of August 2024), subject to the original draw conditions.

Prize Redemption:

  1. The prize is not redeemable for cash, and no spending money is included.
  2. The winner will receive two Red Bull Aerobatic Experience flights with reigning Red Bull Air Race World Champion Matt Hall.
  3. Flights and accommodation to the location of the experience will be provided.

Miscellaneous:

  1. WorkwearHub and Volcom Workwear  reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. WorkwearHub and Volcom Workwear  also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties.
  3. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  4. This Promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
  5. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Red Bull Air Race or Matt Hall.
  6. All personal information collected for the purposes of this Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the respective privacy policies of WorkwearHub. 
  7. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to receive marketing communications from WorkwearHub and Volcom Workwear , which they can opt out of at any time.
