Terms & Conditions
- The Promoter is WorkwearHub Pty Ltd (ABN 18 156 542 013), 1 Davo Court, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220, Australia. Phone 1300 488 573.
- Information on how to enter this $10,000 Cash Giveaway promotion (“Promotion”) and the prize form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday 3 August 2026 and ends at 12:00pm (noon) AEST on Saturday 8 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Any entry recorded outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.
- To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, complete one of the following qualifying transactions:
- make a purchase in store at the WorkwearHub Virginia retail store, 1904 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4014; or
- place a Click & Collect order at workwearhub.com.au selecting the WorkwearHub Virginia store as the collection location.
- Entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying transaction. No entry form is required. Each entry is recorded against the details supplied by the entrant at the time of the transaction. Entrants must supply their full name, email address and phone number at the point of sale (in store) or as part of their online order (Click & Collect) in order to be entered and contactable. Transactions completed without these details cannot be entered into the draw.
- Each qualifying transaction earns one (1) entry. Multiple qualifying transactions earn multiple entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries where, in its opinion, a single purchase has been artificially split into multiple transactions for the purpose of gaining additional entries.
- Click & Collect orders must be placed within the Promotional Period and must be paid in full. Any transaction that is cancelled, refunded, charged back or (in the case of Click & Collect) not collected will be void and the associated entry will be withdrawn, whether before or after the draw. If an entry is withdrawn after the prize has been drawn, the Promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with clause 13.
- This is a Promotional Game (game of chance) and requires no permit in Queensland.
- The draw will take place at 12:30pm AEST on Saturday 8 August 2026 at the WorkwearHub Virginia retail store, 1904 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4014. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter by randomly selecting an entry from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
- Entrants must be present in person at the WorkwearHub Virginia retail store at the time their entry is drawn to be eligible to win. The drawn entrant’s name will be announced on site. The drawn entrant must present themselves to the Promoter’s representative within five (5) minutes of their name being announced.
- If the drawn entrant does not present themselves within five (5) minutes of their name being announced, that entry will be deemed invalid and forfeited, and a further entry will be drawn. This process will repeat at five (5) minute intervals until a drawn entrant is present and claims the prize, or until 1:15pm AEST on Saturday 8 August 2026, whichever occurs first. If no drawn entrant is present by 1:15pm AEST, the Promoter will determine the winner at its sole discretion from the valid entries received, and will contact that entrant directly.
- To claim the prize, the drawn entrant must present photo identification confirming their name, age and Australian residency, together with evidence of their qualifying transaction (receipt or Click & Collect order confirmation). The Promoter may refuse to award the prize where identity or eligibility cannot be verified.
- One (1) major prize is available to be won: AU$10,000 in cash. Total prize pool is AU$10,000. The prize will be paid by electronic funds transfer only. No cash will be paid at the event.
- To receive the prize, the winner must provide the Promoter with valid Australian bank account details (account name, BSB and account number) in the name of the winner, together with any documentation reasonably required by the Promoter. The Promoter will process the transfer on Monday 10 August 2026, provided valid account details have been supplied by that date. Where valid account details are supplied after that date, the Promoter will process the transfer within five (5) business days of receiving them. The Promoter is not responsible for delays or funds transferred to an incorrect account as a result of incorrect details supplied by the winner.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and no substitute or alternative prize will be offered.
- The winner is responsible for any tax implications arising from receipt of the prize. The Promoter recommends the winner seek independent financial advice.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Incomplete, offensive or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant including but not limited to requesting proof of identity, age and residency.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The final interpretation of any of the terms mentioned in these Terms and Conditions rests with the Promoter.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) taking and/or use of the prize.
- Subject to Australian privacy law, the Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
