Click the Find in Store button on the product page to see whether the item is available at Burleigh Heads.

Green — Available In stock at our store and eligible for Click & Collect.
Grey — Unavailable Not in stock in store. Consider the Ship to Store option instead.

Choose your collection method

Collect from Burleigh Heads will appear at checkout only when all items in your cart are in stock at our store. If any item is unavailable in store, this option won't show — but Ship to Store will be available instead.

When will my order be ready to collect?

For Collect from Burleigh Heads orders, your order will be prepared by our in-store team and you'll receive a notification when it's ready. For Ship to Store orders, we'll contact you once your order has arrived at the store.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

Please bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) along with a valid photo ID.

Why isn't the "Collect from Burleigh Heads" option showing at checkout?

This option only appears when every item in your cart is currently in stock at our store. If one or more items are unavailable in store, the option won't show. Try the Ship to Store option, or remove the out-of-stock item and place a separate order.

Can I mix Click & Collect and shipping in the same order?

Unfortunately not — each order can only use one fulfilment method. If you'd like some items shipped and others collected, please place separate orders.
