Choose your size or variant before checking availability - the button won't work without a size selected.

Tap "Find in Store"

Click the Find in Store button on the product page to see whether the item is available at your nearest store.


Green — Available In stock at our store and eligible for Click & Collect.

Grey — Unavailable Not in stock in store. Consider the Ship to Store option instead.

Add to cart & proceed to checkout

Add your items to your cart. At checkout, you'll be presented with your available fulfilment options.

Choose your collection method

Collect from Burleigh Heads or Collect from Virginia will appear at checkout only when all items in your cart are in stock at that store. If any item is unavailable in store, this option won't show - but Ship to Store will be available instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be ready to collect?

For Click & Collect orders, your order will be prepared by our in-store team and you'll receive a notification when it's ready. For Ship to Store orders, we'll contact you once your order has arrived at the store.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

Please bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) along with a valid photo ID.

Why isn't the collect option showing at checkout?

The collect option only appears when every item in your cart is currently in stock at that store. If one or more items are unavailable, the option won't show. Try the Ship to Store option, or remove the out-of-stock item and place a separate order.

Can I mix Click & Collect and shipping in the same order?

Unfortunately not - each order can only use one fulfilment method. If you'd like some items shipped and others collected, please place separate orders.
