Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the WorkwearHub warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible stating your order number and updated shipping address.

🚫 Didn't Receive Your Order?

In the event of an order going missing or lack of fulfilment after it has left the WorkwearHub warehouse, the liability for this order belongs to the customer. If you have ordered from WorkwearHub and have not received your shipment, please reach out to the carrier service with your tracking number within 5 days after the estimated date of arrival. 

If your order has not arrived or the tracking hasn't updated:

  1. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Contact the courier directly using the tracking number
