TERMS & CONDITIONS

Those individuals who join WorkwearHubs Mates Rates Loyalty Program agree to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by WorkwearHub in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in these terms and conditions, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.

WorkwearHub will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.

WorkwearHub will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program.

We may collect personal information from Mates Rates members for the purpose of facilitating the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program. For more information please refer to WorkwearHub’s Privacy Policy.

In its absolute discretion, WorkwearHub reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program at any time.

WorkwearHub will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program, including that incurred in the provision of credits and/or Rewards.

The WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, as well as in conjunction with the WorkwearHub’s Website's Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, WorkwearHub's decision in its absolute discretion will be final and binding.

WorkwearHub’s decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to theWorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program is final and binding.

Orders placed through WorkwearHub’s B2B services including but not limited to orders of screen printing, embroidery services and any additional costs associated will be excluded from Mates Rates loyalty program and are not valid purchases to earn credits as part of the program. 

Any order placed with a Xero invoice will be excluded from Mates Rates loyalty program and are not valid purchases to earn credits as part of the program. This includes, but is not limited to : Orders with items not ranged on our website, B2B orders and any orders with a personalisation service applied. 

MEMBERS AND MEMBERSHIP

  • A person is deemed to be a Member of the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program when an account is created for that person on our website. 
  • Membership of the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program is only open to individuals with a valid email address and agree to create an account on the WorkwearHub website.
  • At any time, individuals can only have one membership to the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program.
  • WorkwearHub reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program without prior notice or reason, and in its absolute discretion.
     
  • Your membership or credits from the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program Is not transferable to another member.
  • It is the responsibility of the account holder to update their membership profile for the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program.
  • Membership can be terminated at any time by contacting us. 

REWARDS

  • At its sole discretion, WorkwearHub may update a Members account with credits as a consequence of purchasing behaviour incentive and/or activities.
  • WorkwearHub will email members their entitlement to any rewards from the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program.
  • WorkwearHub reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary a member's credits/rewards without notice and at any time.
  • Rewards are generally expressed in monetary form or in credits form - for example, a $10 Reward or 1000 credits . However, in no way do Rewards represent legal tender in any country. 
  • Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another member and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Rewards points will not be retroactively allocated to any member for past purchases.
  • Rewards can only be redeemed via the WorkwearHub Website.
  • The currency in which Rewards are redeemed will be based on the location of the redeeming member. For example, a member based in Australia will redeem the Rewards in AUD.

 

  • WorkwearHub reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using credits/Rewards.
  • If an account is terminated from the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future credits and or rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
  • WorkwearHubwill not be held responsible or liable if credits and/or rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason.
  • Refunds: If a customer wishes to refund a purchase that has previously earned  credits as part of the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Rewards program, WorkwearHub will process the return and remove any credits that were earned on the initial transaction purchase from your account.
  • Rewards and credits cannot be used for the payment of invoices to WorkwearHub associated with B2B accounts.

MEMBER STATUS CREDITS AND REWARDS

WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program members will receive credits based upon their purchases and activities. These credits will be able to be redeemed for rewards. 

Rewards are presented in the form of a discount code from the redemption of applicable credits associated with your account. .

REDEEMING CREDITS 

  • Credits will be loaded into the Members account after a purchase has been completed.  
  • Rewards redeemed from credits are unable to be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.
  • Customers can see their current account status on the rewards page.
  • Spend is calculated on dollars spent by your account at WorkwearHub after all discounts, promotions and refunds have been taken into account and excludes online shipping fees and gift card purchases. 
  • To be able to earn credits on a purchase from WorkwearHub you will need to have an active account and be signed into your WorkwearHub account at the time of purchase. 
  • Members will receive birthday credits attributed to their account only if they have completed that activity and provided their birth date. You cannot retrieve more than 1 set of birthday credits in any given 365 day period.
  • The amount of credits a member will earn per $ spent in a purchase at WorkwearHub will depend on the tier within the program they are enrolled in. 
  • The Tier a member is enrolled in as part of the WorkwearHub Mates Rates Loyalty Program is dependent upon the $ value spent at WorkwearHub using their registered account.
