Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page along with your points expiry date.

Do my points/rewards expire?

Points
Points are what has been earned by shopping with WorkwearHub – you will earn points per $ spent when you are a member. Points expire 6 months from when they become available in your account.

Rewards
Rewards are the discounts you have used the points to redeem - these do not expire.

I cannot see my points in my account?

Points are added to your account 60 days after your order is fulfilled - this allows for our return period.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

When do I get my birthday gift?

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.

I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?

No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed
