Jetpilot x Workwearhub Ampd Bros Electric Bike Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor(s): The sponsors of the Jetpilot x Workwearhub Ampd Bros Electric Bike Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") are Jet Pilot Australia Pty Ltd and Workwearhub Pty Ltd (collectively, the "Sponsers").
2. Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
3. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM AEST on 1 August 2025 and ends at 11:59PM AEST
on 31 August 2025 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be
considered.
5. How to Enter:
To enter, simply purchase any Jetpilot product during the Promotion Period either:
● Online via Workwearhub.com.au,
● Through the WorkwearHub mobile application, or
● In-store at any Workwearhub retail location.
No minimum spend is required. Eligible purchases will be automatically entered into the
draw. One entry per qualifying transaction. Multiple entries are permitted.
Attempts to circumvent the rules or use fraudulent means of entry will result in
disqualification.

6. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:
● 1 x Ampd Bros ACE-X Plus+ Electric Bike, valued at over $3,500 AUD (RRP).
The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other substitution unless
decided by the Sponsors at their sole discretion. Any taxes or delivery-related costs are the
responsibility of the winner, delivery address must be within Australia.
7. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry
Period.
8. Winner Selection and Notification:
This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The winner will be selected at random within 7 days of the Promotion closing. The winner
will be notified via the email address and/or phone number supplied at the time of purchase.
If the selected winner:

● Cannot be reached within 7 days,
● Is found to be ineligible, or
● Fails to meet any prize claim requirements,

an alternate winner may be drawn.
If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw may be conducted at the Sponsors’
discretion.

9. Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsors to use their name, likeness,
and any related content for promotional purposes in any media without additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions:
The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud,
technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity or proper
functioning of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual
who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
11. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, agents, and
employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or use of
the prize.
12. Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be
handled exclusively in the courts of Queensland. Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental,
or consequential damages and agree to resolve any claim individually without class action.
13. Winner List:
To request the winner’s name, contact Workwearhub within four (4) weeks after the end of
the Entry Period. The winner will also be announced via the WorkwearHub Instagram
account.
14. Privacy:
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by
Workwearhub for the purpose of administering the competition. Personal information will be
handled in accordance with the Sponsors’ respective privacy policies. In the event that you
are selected as the winner, you consent to the Sponsors sharing your contact and delivery
information with Ampd Bros for the sole purpose of dispatch of the prize (67 Dover Dr,
Burleigh Heads QLD 4220). Your personal information will be handled in accordance with
the respective privacy policies of Workwearhub and Ampd Bros.
15. Acceptance of Rules:
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these
Official Rules.
