Great idea. Nice looking but to hard if you are on your feet all day

The shoe is a great idea. Its good looking and suits all applications with its looks and steel toe. However, the sole is so hard and firm its like walking on concrete, even after putting in the thicker insert. There is more flex and padding in most of their other boots, inc dress / riding style, and if you are on your feet all day this shoe can give you sore feet. Had they of used a softer rubber or softer TPU outsole that was made for all day comfort then this would be a perfect boot.
